How much do we charge?

We do not charge property owners a registration fee, or one for putting your property in our brochure or on our website. Neither do we ask for a contribution to advertising or any other costs. We get paid on results only – our income comes entirely from the booking fee we charge holidaymakers when we make a booking for you. That fee amounts to 25% including VAT (21% plus VAT) of the total rent paid by the holidaymaker.
