Cornwall holiday cottage guests heading down to St Mawes and Portscatho towards the end of this month will be able to join in the celebrations at the annual
Roseland Festival.
It's a two week event beginning on 22nd September and finishing on 6th October and will feature a packed programme of music, talks, drama, art exhibitions and much more.
Week one's highlights will include a puppet theatre, a comedy and magic show, a meet the artist session with Daniel Cole and a performance of Gavin Robertson's Robertson's Crusoe.
Other events taking place during the festival include a craft fair, an exhibition of female artists from the south-west, a film showing of Jean de Florette, a gig by local singer Tom Cary, an open day with the Roseland Quilters and numerous guided walks.
Some sessions will be held in St Mawes, while others will be based in Portscatho, so visitors are advised to check the full festival itinerary to make sure they don't miss the best bits.
Tickets can be purchased for individual events online, by phone or from various Cornish Riviera Box Office venues, although some are free of charge.
