During 2005 we achieved our highest ever questionnaire
score with 95% of the feedback we received positive
(it was 94% in 2004). Challenging as
it might seem, we would dearly love to beat that figure
in 2006 (96% in 2006?) – so please, send us your

often sorely needed. We’ve a very wide selection of
