| We hope you managed to get to wherever you were going
and enjoyed a really good Christmas and New Year
holiday. For many it was a merry
Christmas but a murky one and then came
the gales, determined, it seemed, to sweep
us forward without delay into 2007. But now the
skies have cleared and the days
are lengthening and the brightness and optimism
of a New Year are upon us. A weekend in the West
Country in a cosy cottage with
a warm fire is just the job to blow lingering
murkiness away and we’ve got lots of them! They’re
all inspected by our team who are happy
to talk to you about them frankly and discuss
their suitability – for you. Please
don’t hesitate to call if you’d

Last year we said, after achieving 95% positive
feedback from your post-holiday questionnaires,
we were hoping, but doubtful, to better it in
2006. Happily, we did! Of the
feedback we received from questionnaires in 2006, 96%
was positive. Thank you if you sent us a questionnaire
in 2006. We can’t over-emphasise how important
it is to us, and if you holiday with us in 2007 please
send back your questionnaire or drop us an email
after your holiday - they help enormously.

This well-known attraction in the South Hams starts its
2007 season on February 10th, just in time
for half-term, and Chris Murray and his friendly
team will be there to welcome you. Just like last
year, there are lots of opportunities to get up close
and cuddly with newborn lambs,
see the miniature pigs, watch a falconry
display and take part in a circus workshop.

A mixed year, but by September Max did himself and us
proud by coming back to end the season in a very
creditable 4th place in the Southwest Kart Championships!
2007 will see him moving up to the AVO Ginetta Championship.
The first race is on May 20th at Donnington Park and we’ll
be right there – cheering him on. Good luck
for 2007, Max!

Our first supplement of 2007 should be
with you in early February. In the meantime,
here are a couple of recent additions: one on the North
Cornwall coast (

not that far from the excellent pub at St Breward, and the
other in East Devon near Exeter (
G40).

HH continued to go from strength to strength
in 2006 and, of course, we hope that 2007 will prove just
