Devon holiday cottage guests heading into the South West in March will have a chance to catch the staging of Tales From The Bar Of Lost Souls by the National Theatre of Greece.
Taking place at the
Exeter Phoenix on Tuesday 9th March at 7:30pm and 9:15pm, the production is a musical rolled into a dream play and is described as 'a magical realist story of forbidden love'.
Designed by Laura Hopkins, the show 'explores criminality and the possibility of finding redemption in the unlikeliest of places' and lets audiences catch the action through the bar's window.
Visitors will be able to watch 'a carnival of unsavoury characters' unfold as the story, which features tales of murder, love and forgiveness, progresses.
It is being presented in conjunction with Cyprus Theatre Organisation and imitating the dog as part of the British Council Creative Collaboration programme.
A variety of other shows including music and comedy performances are lined up at the West Country venue.
