Somerset holiday cottages are expected to be packed out next month as holidaymakers flock to the 2008
International Bristol Balloon Fiesta.
This year promises to be even more spectacular than ever, with organisers revealing that the aerobatic Red Arrows are flying in for the occasion.
The dare devil RAF pilots will be entertaining the crowds at 4pm on August 10th with breathtaking spins and dives at the free event which is being held from 7th-10th of the month.
All the action will take place at Ashton Court Mansion House and Estate which is situated to the west of Bristol city centre where visitors will be able to witness a number of visually impressive balloon launches.
More than 100 different coloured hot air balloons will take to the skies over the four days a sight which will thrill both young and old alike.
One of the most popular parts of the fiesta is the so-called "night glow", when, as the sun sets, balloons are inflated and filled with glowing lights which light up in time to music.
Visitors to the fiesta have been promised it will be extra special in 2008 as the event celebrates its 30th anniversary.
