Three floors: on the middle floor living room with woodburner in a huge fireplace, wooden floor with rug, TV/DVD/video (Sky from Easter 2010), CD player/iPod dock, books/CDs/DVDs. Loo (washbasin). Big conservatory with cane furniture looking to the garden, and fitted kitchen/dining room (cream units, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, fridge-freezer, breakfast table seating 4, dining table best for 8). On the ground floor, two bedrooms - double with the original low beams and millstone, TV/DVD, and en suite shower-room (suite), and a canopied half-tester double with en suite bathroom (suite plus bath-shower); utility room (washing machine, tumble drier); games room (½ size table tennis, pool, air hockey, table football, Nintendo 64 and game cube). On the top floor, three further bedrooms - a double (low doorway and beam) with additional single bed, TV/DVD, dressing room with chaise longue, and archway (no door) to en suite bathroom (suite with roll-top bath plus hand-shower and separate shower); another double (low beam) with additional single bed, TV, sofa and glazed door to a small balcony; a pretty single - and a bathroom (suite plus bath-shower).
