The property:
… in Tresillian, within walking distance of the pub, a pretty, single-storey cottage with colourful riverside garden and patio from which views of the river are constantly changing with the tide and the sun; excellent birdwatching (swans, herons, egrets, kingfishers), especially at low tide when wading birds gather to feed (swans can be hand fed from the patio). The owners have their office in the main house and are happy to give advice on the area.
Entrance from A390, but the cottage looks away from the road over river and garden. From parking area, door into large, open-plan living/dining/kitchen (washer-drier, microwave, fridge-freezer) with TV/DVD and door leading to small garden (table/chairs), ideal for morning coffee; hall. Two bedrooms – double doors from living/dining/kitchen into a twin, and then, on the other side of the house, a double looking towards the river; shower-room (suite, large cubicle). Small children must be supervised due to riverside location. Space available for your dinghy. A lovely setting, especially for those interested in wildlife.
