Second spiral staircase from hall up to large double bedroom with 2 children's z-beds, exposed roof beams, cane armchairs, TV, CD player, books, great beach/sea views and en suite bathroom (suite with roll-top bath plus hand-shower).

Loading and unloading outside, public car park (extra) 150 yards, reasonably level walk. Good family house, but not suitable for anyone with mobility problems.
