"The holiday cottage was the best we have stayed in, so warm, comfortable and well appointed. We were made to feel very welcome. We had two dogs with us who loved all the lovely walks from the cottage. the courtyard is fully enclosed and the cottage was ideal in that we could confine them to the entrance lobby whist drying off(yes,it did rain rather a lot!)so as to keep the rest of the cottage clean.It was so nice to have a lovely cottage which accepted dogs as generally the ones which do allow dogs are not up to standard."

"Butterbrook Coach House was the best of the many holiday cottages we have rented. The coach house is so well equipped and so comfortable, it's like staying in a cottage that you may see in a magazine. The owners were both friendly and helpful with information. The surrounding countryside was beautiful and being on Dartmoor gave us so many advantages. It is certainly on the list of cottages to return to!"

"We all had a wonderful time at the cottage. The standard of accommodation and cleanliness was excellent. The owners made us feel very welcome and even brought us freshly baked bread which was much appreciated. We would certainly recommend to family and friends."

"A well located cottage, perfect for 2 people, but would feel small for a larger party with only 1 bathroom/loo. The cottage has been carefully renovated and is comfortable inside but lacks any views so can feel a bit claustrophobic. Great walks on the doorstep which was a bonus."
