This year nearly half the people who booked with Helpful Holidays returned their questionnaires letting us know what they thought of us.
Of those 6,423 people, 99.4% said they thought we had played our part satisfactorily and 99.6% said they would recommend us to a friend.

"Chagford is a delightful village and particularly so at Christmas. Real Christmas trees above all the shops with white fairy lights made it really magical at night. The shops met every need and more. The ironmongers were a treasure trove and good places to eat abounded. We loved it."

"It's always a bit nerve-wracking ordering an unknown holiday place over the Internet. Helpful Holidays made the booking very easy, and it was reassuring to speak over the phone with both a representative of the company (who was very helpful indeed), and with the owner of the property. "Pineapple Cottage was a perfect holiday home in a lovely location. It was warm and attractively furnished and Chagford was an ideal base to explore Dartmoor. We certainly hope to be able to return."
