"Helpful holidays have always been exceptional in terms of service and helpfulness (just as their name suggests) and their properties are fabulous. We have never been disappointed and often there are a whole host of extras you just don't expect like cream teas waiting for you. We even got a lovely postcard from the owner of the view from our apartment a few months before our holiday - a lovely reminder of good times ahead! Can't recommend them highly enough."

"We returned after 7 years, with some trepidation that our memories might have given the place a gloss over that time, but it was just as beautiful a place as before and the flat is so well equipped and spotless that we fell in love with it all again. This time we brought our daughter and two grandsons, 3 and 7 and they too think it is an amazing place - Jack (7) wrote in the visitors book - and would like his birthday party there. (Don't worry, that won't happen!) We only left the flat and the beach to go shopping. The welcome pack was really useful and welcoming. We hope to be back again soon."

"The long drive from London was well worth it, all tension melted away when we entered the apartment, and experienced the wonderful views - spectacular. The facilities provided in and around the apartment made for a very easy week, with lots of rest, relaxation (even with 3 young children) and a good dose of fun too. We will certainly be going back!"

"Several member sof the family have used Helpful Holidays on 15 or so occassions and have always had excellent service and found the properties to be as described in the brochure - there have never been any hidden "nasties". Flat 5 at Burgh Island Causeway - is the best presented property we have ever visited ( our 8th visit is booked for October) - the owner has thought of everything and is continually updating items at the property - Thanks to all at HH and Mr Davies (No 5 BIC)."

"A wonderful apartment, which is very comfortable to live in whatever the weather. Excellent if you like being close to the sea and watching the tides come in and go out. The large, sheltered balcony was particularly appreciated."
