"We visited 1st week July 2010 with two 9 yr old boys. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent for access to both shops and beach facilities (5 mins either way). The property booklet in the house was full of useful info and the beds were extremely comfortable. We had a brilliant week and made the most of the boat hire on the canal together with the beach swimming pool for canoeing, the crazy golf and tennis. Brilliant walking around the coast and back across to the canal with lovely bird hides to see the wildlife (for those that are patient!) The small Sainsbury's behind the house was useful for emergency food but Morrisons just on the outskirts of Bude is much better. The local shops in the high street were all very good too. We had a brilliant week and managed a fishing trip from Boscastle too. Tip - take stugeron first!"

"The accomodation was the in the most wonderul situation with sea views the minute you walked out of the front door. It matched the brochure descripton perfectly. The owner had thought of absolutely everything in terms of eqipping the place - even down to a wind break and mallet!"
