This year nearly half the people who booked with Helpful Holidays returned their questionnaires letting us know what they thought of us.
Of those 6,423 people, 99.4% said they thought we had played our part satisfactorily and 99.6% said they would recommend us to a friend.

"We have just holidayed in Cornwall with a cottage booked through Helpful Holidays. The property suited us admirably with its privacy and fields to walk our dog. Helpful Holidays service before our holiday was excellent. We have holidayed with other major Cottage holiday companies but Helpful Holidays have certainly been the best with their text messaging and paperwork. We have booked the same property for the same week next year!"

"We had a super time at Tresungers Bungalow. The children loved seeing lambs out of the lounge window and cows from the bedrooms. Apart from the clean and cozy accomodation we particularly loved the walk across the fields to Port Isaac. The fish sellers and Tribute Ale by the fire in the Golden Lion there were particularly memorable. There was no evidence in the bungalow of either smokers or dogs, and as our son has an allergy we certainly would have picked this up. The garden was great for football and all the attractions were very close and in all directions. Hope to return soon."
