This year nearly half the people who booked with Helpful Holidays returned their questionnaires letting us know what they thought of us.
Of those 6,423 people, 99.4% said they thought we had played our part satisfactorily and 99.6% said they would recommend us to a friend.

HH reply: "Thank you for your comments, we do hope you had no problems with the layout of the cottage. As shown in the photos online there is a grab/hand rail inside the shower cubicle. We do consider the property to be suitable for many people with mobility difficulties, however, it won't be suited to everyone. We would always recommend discussing a property in detail (prior to booking) with someone who has personally visited in order to ensure a property meets your needs."

HH reply: "Thank you for your comments, we're pleased to hear you liked the cottage and had a good holiday. As stated in the description the property is about 1/2 mile from Port Isaac and less than a mile from the harbour - this will be uphill on your way back! In the winter this route could become quite muddy and there is no street lighting so a torch is essential."

"The Barn is a superb place to stay, especially if you are elderly,partially disabled(everything on one level) or in our case have dogs (enclosed garden) We had an emergency a few days before we were due to come home and had to call a doctor, Suzanne was extremely helpful. We would definitely recommend this place to stay."

"We have just spent 4 nights at the Barn at Trewetha. I went for a short visit with a friend and my dog. The property was more than I could have wished for, it was so well equipped and spotlessly clean and we were all made very welcome by the owner Suzanne Barriball. I had been recommended to stay there by people who had taken their dog last year and I will recommend this to others too. Can't wait to go back!"

Cornwall was beautiful and the people very friendly, and it does seem to be a county of dog lovers! We've never been somewhere so 'dog friendly!'."

"The Barn provided excellent accomodation and a great base from which to discover the North Cornwall Coast. Extremely well equipped and very comfortable. Ideal if you are taking a dog.
Would definitely recommend to others looking to stay near Port Isaac
