This year nearly half the people who booked with Helpful Holidays returned their questionnaires letting us know what they thought of us.
Of those 6,423 people, 99.4% said they thought we had played our part satisfactorily and 99.6% said they would recommend us to a friend.

"We had an excellent time. The booking procedure, holiday information etc. was excellent. We just feel a little let down by the experience we had in getting the issues with the freezer and bathroom resolved. It took nearly three days. If we had been shopping prior to arriving at the propoerty and had bought frozen food, we would have wasted money and would not have been happy at all."

"This was our best holiday for years. The apartment is in a wonderful location with beautiful views and was beautifully presented and very clean. We would walk down to the cove below the castle, or along the coastal path to the large beach at Prussia Cove, which are two of the best beaches I have been to. Because both are a 10 minute walk from the nearest car park, and slightly difficult to access, we often had these beaches to ourselves, even though it was the school holidays. We will definitely be back."
