Our Inspections All the properties we let are inspected by us. Our inspections are impartial. They are aimed at ensuring the information we give you about properties is absolutely correct, unbiased and revealing. In doing so, we protect our hard won and valuable reputation for frankness and helpfulness. We inspect very carefully, checking the inventory, the layout, the comfort and quality and then star rating the property on the basis of these things. We photograph and publish as many pictures as possible on this web site so you can see what properties are like inside as well as out. We feel it is vitally important that you should be able to talk to someone who has visited a property before you book it. As a result, our inspections are carried out by members of our telephone team to whom you speak when you call. They will answer your questions from their first hand experiences. If you need to know something they can’t remember or they don’t know they’ll find out and get back to you. No one in our telephone team is rewarded on the basis of commission on sales so there isn’t the slightest temptation for them to tell you anything other than the straightforward truth about the properties they have visited. Although the variety of accommodation we offer is very wide there is one fundamental question that is asked each time any of our staff visit a property - it is ‘Is this a good place for a holiday?’. We only include properties in our portfolio when the answer is a confident and unequivocal ‘Yes’. |
